$15–$350. You order it from your county clerk. Send your county clerk a signed voter information request form by email, mail or in person, promising to use the list only for a political purpose and to keep it secure. The clerk quotes the fee and collects payment.
Varies by county. Washington County emails the list as an encrypted Excel file after taking payment by phone. The Lieutenant Governor's statewide file ($1,050) arrives as an emailed download link within one business day of purchase.
Anyone who signs the state request form. The list may be used only for a political purpose, such as a candidacy or election. You must protect it with industry standard security, let only your authorized agents see it, and never post it online or disclose it to the public. Misuse is a class A misdemeanor with a civil fine (Utah Code 20A-2-603 and 20A-2-607).
It includes full legal name, voter id number, age range, residential address with unit, mailing address, county, precinct, congressional, state house, state senate and state school board district, local school board, county council and city council district, party or unaffiliated, active or inactive status, date the record was last updated, eight years of voting history. It does not include phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth (age range only), at-risk voters, such as domestic violence victims and law enforcement officers.
