Free to 1¢ per name. You order it from your county clerk or registrar of voters. In Clark and Washoe counties, download the file free from the county elections website with no form or account. In other counties, apply at the county clerk's office and pay 1 cent per name.
Instant in Clark and Washoe. Clark County posts zipped files for the county and every district, updated weekly, usually on Monday. Washoe County posts a new countywide CSV every day through its Project Plainsight pilot. Other counties hand over the list when you apply and pay.
Anyone may get a copy of a precinct, district or county list from the county clerk for 1 cent per name (NRS 293.440). The Secretary of State requires everyone who gets the statewide list to use it only for purposes related to an election and never to sell it.
It includes voter name, residential and mailing address, phone number, when on file, birth year, sex, party, registration date and number, active or inactive status, precinct, congressional, assembly, senate, county commission, school, city and ward districts, voting history with method of voting. It does not include email addresses, full date of birth (clark county file).
