Free–$25 per town. You order it from your town or city clerk. Ask your town or city clerk or the supervisors of the checklist for an electronic copy of the public checklist. Candidates for county or state office can also ask the Secretary of State for a district list with voting history.
Varies by town. Towns must offer at least one sortable electronic format, such as a spreadsheet sent by email. Paper copies cost $25 per town or ward, plus $0.50 per 1,000 names over 2,500 and shipping. A clerk can only give you the checklist for their own town.
Anyone can get a town's public checklist. The Secretary of State's list with voting history is only for candidates for county, state or federal office, parties and political committees. Using any checklist for commercial purposes is a misdemeanor for a person and a felony for a company (RSA 654:31), and the state may add fake entries to catch misuse.
It includes voter name, domicile address, mailing address, party affiliation, town or city and voting history for the last 2 years (secretary of state list only). It does not include phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth, voters on the nonpublic checklist.
