$20–$150. You order it from your county election commissioner or county clerk. Send your county election office its voter list request form, then sign the state oath limiting how you will use the list before an election official when you pick it up.
Varies by county. Usually picked up in person on a CD or flash drive. Lancaster County asks for your form at least one business day before pickup and has you sign the oath when you collect it. Douglas County sells the file on a USB drive with updates on request for a year. The Secretary of State runs a new statewide file on the first of each month.
Anyone who gives their name, address, phone, email, campaign committee and reason, and swears an oath under penalty of election falsification, a Class IV felony. The list may be used only for elections, political activities, voter registration, law enforcement or jury selection, and may not be used commercially, posted, displayed or made accessible on the Internet (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 32-330).
It includes voter name, residential address, mailing address, phone number, registration status, voter id number, birth year, registration date, precinct and polling place, party, political subdivisions (districts), voting history. It does not include full date of birth, email addresses, digital signatures, records marked private or confidential.
