Who can order it

Anyone may request it under the Mississippi Public Records Act. The list may not be used to mail or deliver any request for money, services or anything of value (Miss. Admin. Code Title 1, Part 10, Rule 7.2). Knocking doors for votes is fine, but do not use it for fundraising mail.

Tips before you order

Start with the free weekly file. It has district columns, so you can filter it down to your race without paying $225.
The statewide file has more rows than Excel can open, so use a database or ask someone comfortable with large files to cut out your county first.
The state will not resend a weekly email you missed. Download the file when it arrives.
Both files include inactive voters. Filter on voter status if you only want active voters.
Phone numbers are not included. Collect them at the door and record them in CampaignKnock as you go.
