From $93.75. You order it from your county recorder. Send your county recorder's voter registration data request form, naming your district and stating that the list is for your campaign. The recorder confirms the total and sends the file after you pay.
Up to 30 days. It depends on the county. Pima County delivers the file electronically by secure upload after you pay.
Lists may be used only for political activity, a political campaign or an election, and never for a commercial purpose. Selling a list to a candidate for campaign use is allowed. Anyone holding the list may not let it be used, sold or transferred for any other purpose or post any of it on the internet. Violations are a class 6 felony (A.R.S. § 16-168(E) and (F)).
It includes voter id, voter name, residential and mailing address, phone number, if the voter gave one, birth year, party, registration date, precinct, early voting list status, last 4 years of voting history, district codes, if you ask for them. It does not include email addresses, month and day of birth, social security and driver's license numbers, signatures, place of birth and parents' names.
